We appreciate you referring your prospective purchaser(s) to Legacy. Legacy has a policy of paying referral fees to the procuring cause of its real estate closings. Legacy will pay up to 2.5% for new home construction to the procuring South Carolina Licensed Agency, provided that the Customer is registered by the registering Broker and the customer executes a purchase agreement and closes pursuant to the terms of that Purchase Agreement.

Customer registration may not be honored if the Customer is already working with a Legacy agent, or if the Customer is registered by a different referring Broker. In the event two or more brokers refer the same prospect, the commission will be paid to the 'procuring cause' broker.

Broker herewith acknowledges that this registration serves as a temporary registration which expires 120 days from the date shown above, unless Broker or its agent has mutually agreed to an extention.
