Our History
Legacy Construction & Development is a full-service commercial and residential general contractor providing design-build construction across the Southeast. We were created through the merger of two established builders – joining their strengths, expertise, and resources to form a unified construction company with a broader reach and a higher standard.
ProQuality Contracting LLC brought a strong foundation in upscale residential projects and carefully managed commercial renovations. Wodehouse Construction LLC added deep experience in public and government work along with a proven portfolio of custom homes. Together, they combined decades of capability across residential and commercial markets.
The merged firm expanded into a full-service construction partner with a diverse portfolio. Past work includes improvements and build-outs for well-known brands such as Five Guys, 7 Brew, Wingstop, Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway, plus coffee shops, churches, spas, retail spaces, restaurants, and a wide range of specialty commercial needs. Residential work spans custom homes, kitchen and bath transformations, full-home reconfigurations, and projects designed to enhance daily living.

Legacy Construction and Development LLC unites the strengths of ProQuality Contracting LLC and Wodehouse Construction LLC – two respected builders with decades of combined experience.
ProQuality Contracting LLC excelled in upscale homes and high-end commercial renovations. Wodehouse Construction LLC brought proven expertise in government/public projects and custom residential builds. Together, we deliver full-service construction across both markets.
We specialize in design and build services: new construction, tenant improvements, and renovations.
