Legacy Construction & Development completed the tenant improvement build-out for the first Louisiana location of Graze Craze in Covington, Louisiana. This project transformed an existing retail space into a functional, customer-focused environment designed to support the brand’s signature charcuterie catering operations. The build-out included interior finishes, MEP coordination, millwork installation, and front-of-house improvements to create a polished space that reflects the Graze Craze brand while supporting efficient day-to-day operations. As the first location in Louisiana, this project marked an exciting milestone in bringing the rapidly growing franchise to the Gulf South.
