PHASE 1: PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Before anyone sets foot on the job site, the real work begins.

• • Full plan analysis identifying conflicts and constructability issues early

• • Permit applications and code compliance coordination

• • Subcontractor procurement including qualifying, bidding, and buying out the right trades

PHASE 3: VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION

• • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in

• • Inspections at every milestone

• • Weekly subcontractor coordination meetings

PHASE 4: FINISHES & CLOSEOUT

This is where the project comes together.

• • Interior finishes including flooring, paint, trim, cabinetry, and fixtures

• • Final mechanical and electrical connections

• • Owner walkthroughs and punch list resolution

• • Final inspections, certificate of occupancy, and closeout documentation

• • Warranty handoff and as-built package delivery
